Biography

Cyrus leads Team Galactic and seeks to replace the existing world with one shaped by his rejection of emotion and spirit. His ideology makes the legendary Pokémon central to the organisation’s operations.

Appearance

Cyrus has sharply styled blue hair and a severe, controlled expression. His uniform and posture distinguish him from the more exuberant Galactic commanders and ordinary grunts.

Personality

He presents himself as cold and rational, treating emotional bonds as flaws. The contrast with the player’s relationships and Pokémon partnerships gives the conflict more significance than an ordinary criminal scheme.

Role in the story
