Enemies and hazards

Inside the Deku Tree
First child dungeon. Obtain the Fairy Slingshot, burn webs and defeat Gohma to receive Kokiri's Emerald.

Dodongo's Cavern
Child dungeon supplying the Bomb Bag. Defeat King Dodongo to reopen the Gorons' food source and receive Goron's Ruby.

Inside Jabu-Jabu's Belly
Rescue Princess Ruto, obtain the Boomerang and defeat Barinade to receive Zora's Sapphire.

Forest Temple
First major adult temple. Find the Fairy Bow, recover the Poe Sisters' flames and defeat Phantom Ganon to awaken Saria.

Fire Temple
Rescue imprisoned Gorons, obtain the Megaton Hammer and defeat Volvagia to awaken Darunia as the Fire Sage.

Water Temple
Use the Iron Boots and water-level mechanisms, defeat Dark Link for the Longshot, then battle Morpha to awaken Ruto.

Shadow Temple
Use the Lens of Truth and Hover Boots to navigate illusions and traps. Defeat Bongo Bongo to awaken Impa.

Spirit Temple
A temple explored as both child and adult. Obtain Silver Gauntlets and Mirror Shield, then defeat Twinrova to awaken Nabooru.

Ganon's Castle
The final dungeon contains six barrier trials and a tower ascent, culminating in Ganondorf and Ganon. Key equipment: Golden Gauntlets.

Ice Cavern
Mini-dungeon accessed from Zora's Fountain. Use bottled Blue Fire to reach the Iron Boots and learn the Serenade of Water.

Bottom of the Well
Child-era mini-dungeon reached after draining Kakariko's well. Defeat Dead Hand to obtain the Lens of Truth.

Gerudo Training Ground
Optional Gerudo trial dungeon. Solve challenges and manage Small Keys to reach the Ice Arrows reward.
