01

Badge Points

Equipped-badge capacity. Badges only contribute when equipped and affordable within BP. Review your loadout for each boss instead of buying a useful badge and leaving it inactive.

02

Power Bounce

Repeated-jump badge. Can reward accurate action-command timing. Practice against a suitable enemy before building a strategy around landing a long chain.

03

Spike Shield and Ice Power

Special target interactions. These badges alter particular attack interactions. Read their descriptions and do not assume they grant blanket immunity to every environmental hazard.

04

Star Pieces

Dazzle’s badge currency. Collect hidden pieces and trade them for selected badges. Compare your remaining BP and battle needs before spending them on a badge you cannot use yet.

05

Shine Sprites

Partner upgrades through Merlon. These improve partners rather than purchasing Mario’s badges. Prioritise a partner whose new battle options solve a current problem.

06

Life Shroom

Automatic emergency recovery. A useful safety net in long battles. Keep inventory capacity in mind and avoid filling every slot with emergency items at the expense of FP recovery.

07

Cooking and Zess T.

Item combinations. Cooking turns ingredients into different consumables once her service is available. Check a recipe before combining rare ingredients; not every pair produces a useful result.
