Across the Mushroom Kingdom

World 1 opens on grassy plains; World 2 moves into the desert; World 3 explores coastal and water stages. World 4 is a forest route, World 5 brings snow, World 6 climbs rocky terrain, World 7 heads into the clouds, and World 8 ends amid lava and castles.

Branching paths

Worlds 4 and 7 are optional branches unlocked through Mini-form boss victories. Red secret-exit flags can open alternate paths, while cannons can skip forward. A normal finish does not reveal every route.
