**Bowser**
The first world’s castle boss and the main threat at the end of the adventure. His skeletal Dry Bowser form also appears in World 8. The final confrontation brings father and son together.

World boss route

World 1: Bowser. World 2: Mummipokey. World 3: Cheepskipper. World 4: Mega Goomba. World 5: Petey Piranha. World 6: Monty Tank. World 7: Lakithunder. World 8 includes Dry Bowser and a final encounter with Bowser and Bowser Jr. Bowser Jr. also guards the towers.

Optional world routes

Defeat Mummipokey in Mini form to reach World 4, and Petey Piranha in Mini form to reach World 7. Mini ground pounds are essential for these routes.
