An in-game achievement collection
Medals recognise accomplishments across activities such as exploration, battling and entertainment. They belong to Black 2 and White 2’s own Medal Rally, rather than a Nintendo DS system-wide trophy service.
Claim rewards and read hints
Speak with Mr. Medal as you progress. Use his hints and the Medal Box to choose a manageable next target instead of trying to finish every kind of activity at once.
Keep availability in mind
Some goals involve communication features or other players. Before pursuing full completion, check the exact requirement and which features are available to your current setup.

Medals are separate from Gym badges and the Pokédex.
