Sonic Adventure 2: Battle for Nintendo GameCube. First released in Japan in 2001 and internationally in 2002. Dreamcast and later port differences are outside this guide.
Hero route
City Escape → Wild Canyon → Prison Lane → Metal Harbor → Green Forest → Pumpkin Hill → Mission Street → Aquatic Mine → Route 101 → Hidden Base → Pyramid Cave → Death Chamber → Eternal Engine → Meteor Herd → Crazy Gadget → Final Rush.
Dark route
Iron Gate → Dry Lagoon → Sand Ocean → Radical Highway → Egg Quarters → Lost Colony → Weapons Bed → Security Hall → White Jungle → Route 280 → Sky Rail → Mad Space → Cosmic Wall → Final Chase.
Last story
Cannon’s Core combines the different gameplay styles. Boss encounters are separate from the stage list above.
Revisit stages
Stage Select lets you return for additional missions once available. Green Hill is a separate completion reward.
