Plant bomb disposal and route planning
Search each strut methodically and confirm that every bomb has been frozen.

Prepare before searching the struts
Follow the Plant briefing until you receive the bomb-disposal equipment. Connect to available nodes to make navigation easier under your selected radar settings. Keep a short list of struts you have cleared so a return trip is prompted by an objective rather than uncertainty.
Use the map and Sensor A together
A B marker indicates a strut containing a bomb. Equip Sensor A to narrow the search to a highlighted area, then examine it in first-person view. The sensor identifies a vicinity rather than giving you a direct route: look above, below and behind objects within that area.
Freeze until the detonator stops
Equip coolant and aim at the bomb. Keep spraying until the blinking detonator light stops; a brief burst or a nearby spray is not confirmation. Once complete, check your objective information before moving to the next strut. Avoid leaving a nearly frozen bomb behind and assuming the task is finished.
Keep patrols separate from the search
Watch guards before entering first-person inspection. Deal with the immediate patrol route or wait for a safe opening, then search. Standing still while looking under furniture makes it easy to lose track of a guard approaching from outside your view.
Recheck equipment when the mission changes
Later bomb objectives introduce different circumstances and detection instructions. Listen to the Codec briefing and use the sensor specified for that task rather than assuming the initial Sensor A routine covers everything. When a countdown starts, head for the named destination and avoid optional collection detours.
